Terms and Conditions

  1.  All prices above are based on work undertaken during regular office hours of 8.30am -  5 pm, Monday to Friday.  Services on weekends and public holidays can be arranged but may incur higher charges.
  2. We will charge you the agreed hourly rate or service contract rate as stated in the Agreement for Consultant Engagement on a weekly basis, unless otherwise stated in the letter.  Terms of payment are (7) days from the date of invoice unless otherwise stated in the Agreement for Consultant Engagement.
  3. Travel charges at a rate of 77c per km may apply for work undertaken outside a 25km radius of our offices in Porirua.  This will be negotiated, agreed and recorded between the parties before the work commences.
  4. Payment can be made by cash or via electronic bank transfer.  PayPal payments are also accepted.    Cheques will be accepted but only with prior agreement at consultation stage.
  5. Our prices only cover our time, and do not include items purchased on your behalf, or for any other additional party costs such as social media advertising, use of e-commerce sites, venue hireage etc.  Any additional services required must be paid directly to that supplier unless by prior arrangement.
  6. Time4You reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of $25 for jobs cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.  We also reserve the right to decline any request from a client at our sole discretion.
  7. Time4You will not be liable for any loss, cost, expenses or damage of any nature, whether direct or indirect, or as a result of goods and services provided by another party.

The above terms are binding until the completion of the contract or if terminated by either party.
